Heavy Duty Rack With Push Back Trolley

1. Product Brief Introduction:

Heavy duty rack with push back trolley are overlapped and connected by multi-layer trolleys between the front and rear beams. The goods are placed on the trolleys at the front of the racks, and the forklifts will push the original goods inward when storing the goods later. The trolley crosses the inclined track through the bearing. When the outer cargo is taken away, the inner trolley will automatically slide to the outer side. Push-back pallet racking system ensures high-speed storage while ensuring high-density storage, so it can effectively use space. The system is safe and densely stored, and can store 2, 3, and 4 tray depths.

After picking up the first pallet at the time of picking up, under the action of gravity, the next pallet slides to the pickup surface by itself, effectively using a single channel for access, especially suitable for storage management in the cargo transit area.

Heavy duty rack with push back trolley follow the FILO principle.

The forklift can access the pallets at all heights in all aisles without having to enter the shelf and on the aisle. This helps reduce material damage.

2. Components of Heavy duty rack with push back trolley:

The main accessories are composed of posts, beams, rails, and trolleys.

Post: There are two posts connected with cross braces and diagonal braces through special screws. The cross section of the posts is the same as that of pallet racks. In order to meet different loading requirements, the beams can be adjusted up and down the shelf height by 75mm.

Beam: In order to ensure that the beams fall off under the abnormal external force, the anti-falling safety pin connected to the beams and posts is specially designed to ensure the safety of use.

Track: Specially made rectangular track, in order to meet the continuous operation of the carriage and the track, a more wear-resistant galvanized treatment is adopted.

Carriage trolley: Welded according to the size of the pallet. The four wheels with special four corners must meet the requirements for the movement of the cargo.

3. Key advantages of Heavy duty rack with push back trolley:
